I created a versatile career path template for our new HRBP team designed to be modified for their respective business units, including tips and suggestions to guide them in their meetings with their stakeholders. Working closely with leadership, we outlined core competencies that apply company-wide and seamlessly integrated the Radford Scale. During the rollout of Lattice's Grow module, I gathered the finalized career paths from fellow HRBPs and seamlessly incorporated them into Lattice for broader organizational use.
