As the first HRBP at my previous organization, I created this video to introduce leadership at the organization to the support of an HRBP, an area of HR support many were not familiar with.
I created this video to give leadership an intro to the awesome value that a People Partner (HRBP) adds to the mix – an HR support zone that might've been a bit unfamiliar to some. This fun video is all about shedding light on the many angles of an HRBP's role and cluing in the leadership about the kind of backup they can count on from this extended team member.
