This feedback training was developed and delivered by me to all managers in the organization in preparation for performance review conversations.
I developed and conducted feedback training for all managers in the organization, priming them for performance review discussions. This interactive session was captured live and recorded, providing a distributed video format and an accompanying PDF workbook. Additionally, I offered 1:1 training sessions for managers seeking a bit of extra guidance or to those who had to prepare for potentially difficult conversations. For those managers, I met with them privately to hear specifics about their situation and offered tailored coaching, talking points, and focused resources to help them feel comfortable and supported in handling these conversations with their team.
