Hello! I'm Stephanie, a multidisciplinary People Professional based in Miami, FL. I’m very passionate about the work that I do.

I may be based in Miami, FL, but I operate at the intersection of employee experience and organizational success. 🤝

My work mantra is 'Keep it Human'. I believe in bringing our authentic selves to work. It's okay to be real, make mistakes, show kindness, and share a laugh together all while crushing those OKRs!
